THE POT AND THE KETTLE

The elites of the USA and UK sit in judgement on others. How appropriate is it for nations whose elites have continually scarred the ethical and moral landscape of the world to take this role?

In the case of the USA we have a history of perpetrating a genocide upon the original inhabitants of their nation. Then the enslavement of millions from the African continent causing the deaths of thousands in their transportation in the most vile of conditions, shackled and treated worse than animals for the survivors to be separated from their families and sold into a system of perpetual abuse for the rest of their lives.

As for the UK its elites sought to plunder as much of the world as it could reach with its greedy lust for resources, enslave the populations of each invaded and humiliated nation colonizing it for the benefit of the “great” British Empire and proudly boasting of its greatness. And the UK too, engaged in the slave trade to the maximum, exploiting each and every opportunity to abuse those of color to the maximum extent possible to enrich itself. Many Brits owned plantations in the ‘New World’ where it was normal to make fortunes off the sweat of the labor.

The elites of the USA and the UK have been the two most aggressive, human rights abusing entities this world has ever known, plundering nations for their resources to endlessly empower and enrich themselves, destroying the cohesion and pride of millions, destroying families and fracturing noble cultures to the extent that they can never hope to recover, lecturing them on morality and looking down on them as sub-humans, seeing them as a species of ape in some cases. These are the cultures that now want to tell us they are a superior race of white saints in human form who insist they have some noble duty to tell the rest of us how to behave? The entire world ought to be laughing in their faces in scorn rather than take them seriously to any extent whatsoever.

The irony of all this is beyond the power of words to tell. The perpetual iniquity of U.S. and UK elites from those early abominations to today runs in a constant line of utterly reprehensible, criminal and solely self-interested abuse of every possible decent human standard. These elites are proficient only in their ruthless greed, violence of temperament, willingness to enslave, abuse of others for self-gain and mercilessness of action designed always to prove others wrong and themselves right. They lie with a professional cunning built from hundreds of years of practice and manipulate the position of power ruthlessly that they built from those same years in which they sought to plunder the world and steal from every population they could get their dirty hands on.

The present day elites of these nations have set themselves up as the standard bearers of purity, of righteous good thoughts, acts and deeds, the saintly arbiters of universal right and wrong, the self-appointed judge, jury and executioners determining good ethical behavior as differentiated from bad, the arrangers of penalties and punishment for those they deem guilty.

These elites have fractured multiple nations across the Middle East in recent years causing the deaths of hundreds of thousands based on lies. They have destroyed homes, cities and livelihoods, brought endless chaos and the rise of murderous religious zealots in response to their criminal acts who were assisted to further ravage these populations.

As in previous times stretching back to the earlier iniquitous times of genocide, colonization and slavery the motivation of ensuring the supply of resources and gaining more for themselves was an inherent factor in all their murderous wars. Self-interest was key to each of their endlessly cynical, utterly callous and terminally dishonest exploits in every Middle Eastern nation they brought to its knees. Oil and influence, aid to Israel, undermining of competing interests and a desire to demonstrate raw power were the characteristics on display, not some self-professed idealism to bring peace, freedom, democracy, selfless devotion to bringing some saccharine 3rd-rate Hollywood sweetness and light happy ending. They brought instead the absolute in disgusting ugliness of colon bursting, brain-splattering death. Then patted themselves on the back for a job well done covering their disgusting filth in a vomit of self-justifying lies.

Hypocrisy cannot possibly be more obvious or nauseating as in the case of these most filthy and cretinous of elites with their hands perpetually running with blood having a past that is as black as their greedy, power-hungry hearts.

The saying that gives this text its title was never more true than in this case. It has been used for generation after generation to describe people who have such a total lack of self-awareness and willingness to attack others from an overwhelming sense of unwarranted entitlement and self-justification that they accuse others of mentalities, attitudes, abuses and crimes that are an inherent part of their own character.

Those who reflect the well known saying where the pot, burned to deepest ebony by fire, dares to call the kettle black.
