ZELENSKY & HIS WESTERN SPONSORS ARE UNABLE TO ABANDON THEIR LIES

Trapped within a 'war mode' mentality means telling the truth becomes an impossibility... until the absolute last hours of the war.

It appears that neither Zelensky nor the western political and media elites have even a remote interest in reality. They are so deeply committed to creating a theatrical facade about what is occurring in Ukraine that their statements are easily seen as misinformation far removed from the facts. This has been true (regarding all heads of state involved) since at least 2014.

In 2014 we saw the result of a long western campaign to destabilize the status quo in Ukraine. Whether the western elites involved had the best or worst motivations in the world it is clear that Ukraine was a constant and primary target of their global campaign to mold nations into reflections of their own states’ image. When these elites claim anything similar is being done to them it is called interference. When they do it it is done in a ‘good cause’ as they are ‘the good guys’. Whether you think they were and are wrong or right the consequences of their actions are clear.

Having begun this global molding project the western elites believe they cannot afford any degree of self-criticism or doubt. Their messaging, as they see it, must remain constant. They are engaged in a war as they see things, a war against authoritarianism and for global democracy. This ideology, again whether you believe it is justified or not, has the consequences we have seen from the Afghan war on up to the Ukraine war now. Hundreds of thousands if not millions have died, entire nations have been fragmented and impoverished with nothing to show for it in terms of the world of freedom and democracy western elites say they fight for.

The rhetoric fueled by the dogmatic ideology being pursued by the West is underpinned by a maximalist position, that there can be no turning back on this road, all nations worldwide that do not conform to western needs and interests must be made to conform. The phrases often heard about ‘protecting western national interests’ and forwarding ‘western values’ convey the underlying goals of the West. Having spread its influence worldwide over the last century western national interests span the entire globe. Installing western values everywhere is seen as a vital element in protecting them. Thus we have the West conceiving itself as the unquestioned  and unquestionable paramount power entitled to global domination.

Having the attitude above and in addition having the compliant service of western mass media western elites have proceeded to push the goal of transforming the world into one that conforms to western values. 9/11 more than any other event has provided the compliance of western mass media getting it to fully back the absolute necessity (as seen by western political elites) to achieve the goal described above, to mold the world in the western image. This is seen as the necessary means required to make the West safe from even the remotest possibility of another 9/11-type event.

This is a war and in times of war ‘war mode’ prevails across all elites. War mode demands that nothing good is said about the enemy and nothing bad is said about yourselves or your allies. Lies are not lies but useful tools against the enemy whether they enhance your side or denigrate your enemy. All normal rules of ethical or moral behavior are suspended during any period where ‘war mode’ prevails. Anything that is considered likely to win the war for you can be used, any fabrication, any exaggeration and absolutely any barefaced lie. That it evidences some possibility of having a positive effect for you or a negative effect on your enemy can be used.

The above is why we see the rhetoric used by western media and political elites failing to correspond to the reality reported by those without the same dedication or linkage to the elite goals mentioned above. The internet has to a significant degree spoiled the game plan of western elites which was of course to be able to condition the entire population of the western world into accepting their narratives. We now have a means to compare the reports of those ‘without a dog in the race’ to those with a maximum degree of vested interest. The comparison is devastating. Every day we see the situation in Ukraine growing worse for the regime there and its western sponsors, those western sponsors who desire with maximum fervor to have the opposite be true. The reality of the situation cannot be acknowledged as the ‘war mode’ milieu they exist in cannot allow it.
