THE NEOCON ZEALOTS CONTINUE TO PREVAIL IN WASHINGTON

As Donald Trump was elected I predicted that he would have an almost impossible task in finding anyone for major positions that was not a product of the change that swept through U.S. power structures post 9/11.

What future was there for those with an inclination to be peacemakers, looking for agreements as opposed to areas of confrontation? Without doubt those that did not immediately change their statements if not their mindset to one of aggressive confrontation were parked on their career paths, dismissed or forced to seek alternate employment by their own volition.

Those with a warlike disposition were undoubtedly promoted, whole departments were politicised and an overarching seachange in mentality was achieved right across the State Department and all others relevant in any way to foreign policy. This undoubtedly remains the case to this day and subsequently puts the entire world on the most dangerous course seen, arguably ever.

Biden, like Trump, has a history of being a highly manipulative thug not averse at all to the use of extremely heightened levels of aggression to get his way. However, there are signs that Biden has to some extent learned the lessons required in recent years, indeed decades, to chasten his most aggressive instincts. In short, he has become much less of a neoconservative after seeing at first hand the disastrous consequences of neoconservative policies, i.e. extreme aggression leading irresponsibly to disastrous wars in an attempt to achieve regime change.

Biden is in much the same position as Trump due to the fact that the State Department and no doubt every department of importance connected to foreign policy remains utterly opposed to any lessening of the neoconservative project to achieve full spectrum dominance worldwide through the unlimited exercise of U.S. power.

It appears most certainly to be the case that the massively greater power held by the overwhelming neoconservative majority can negate any ameliorative effects any U.S. president may have on the confrontational policy America has pursued since 9/11. In this way, no faith should be placed in any seeming outreach by the most prominent public figures that head the present U.S. administration and presumably any to come in the foreseeable future.

The neocons see any change as good change no matter what murderous or destructive effects they may have in the short term. Their narrow view is that there ought to be zero compromise and total confrontation and that these two tactics are the sole way forward that excludes the possibility of the status quo in any way prevailing. It appears to be the case that to them the destruction of the entire means of organized human life is preferable to the anathema that is for them the continuance of the present geopolitical status quo.

It can be no coincidence that those with an extreme religious fervour in the United States and those within the State Department and elsewhere across U.S. power structures have so very much in common. The all-or-nothing, no-compromise mindset and viewpoint held by both brook no opposition, not even that by their own president.

WE ARE NOW DEEP WITHIN THE BLACK NEXUS AGE, THOUGH A GLIMMER OF HOPE REMAINS

No one sane wanted it. No one planned for it. It arrived due to the combination of lack of foresight and the unwillingness to understand the consequences of our actions. It arrived also because of the narrowness of human awareness and its focus on purely short-term gain. The forces that would later interconnect into the nexus of negativity we have now have been with humankind since the beginning.

Despite the efforts of many to coordinate sustainable and coordinated lifestyles that provided stability, survivability and a reliable future where minimal damage was done… too many were focused on short term gains and the abuse of power to get their way at all costs. The arrival of the modern age relaced earlier injustices with new ones and this too contributed to a situation that would eventually become uncontrollable in its inevitable conclusion.

Too much was at stake to step back from the brink of disaster, fewer and fewer elements could say they were in what could be called a high level of control, although many pretended to have this power. True power had slipped further and further away from control’s grasp. The world headed inexorably to the place we are now. The place where the most major negative forces are combining in their effects and increasing their composite power. The Black nexus age has arrived.

The nexus of negativity we are in now screams for more control. But control has become a dirty word. Freedom has been called for, for so long now and so many have profited from the word in ways that more and more often sped the world down the road to disaster faster and faster. Even now the elites of the western world still don’t understand what the greater western freedom they wish to spread everywhere will do. It can only fuel the arrival of the catastrophes of which we are only seeing the start of now.

The answer to the unsustainable forces now unleashed is not further license, not further encouragement to be carelessly free, wasteful and unworriedly consuming to the limit. The freedoms of the West are a large part of why we are where we are now. It has played a large part in the disasters we now see coming and those on the way. Yet the western elites seek to bring down the so-called authoritarian regimes and replace them with societies that act as they do.

To unleash wave after wave of irresponsibility, mass consumerism and the wars that will come through greed and determination to compete with others at all costs rather than seeking sustainable cooperation will certainly tip the world into total disaster if accomplished. The western lifestyle cannot be replicated everywhere and the ambition to do exactly that has already caused mass death and further policies to do more of the same will see humanity reach the cliff edge and plunge completely out of control into the absolute depths.

This is where we stand at this watershed moment. Almost all previous warnings and attempts to avoid this situation have failed. There is only a tiny glimmer of hope left and this is at this time the target of the combined power of the western world which wishes to snuff that hope out and so retain its overwhelming dominance. If it succeeds then there will be no hope whatsoever for mankind on this planet.

The West has acted as the destroyer of all systems that it rejects due to not being like or at least aligned with its own. It is akin to an immune system that cannot tolerate alien cells within the body it believes it has total right to command. That body is the entire planet and the USA and its allies regard themselves as it unique and god-selected immune system designed as the ultimate destroyer of all not contributing to its wellbeing and power over the body it calls its by right.

Those it is attempting to kill hold the seeds of an alternate system to that which has progressively destroyed the foundations of a sustainable world where cooperation, not competition are the primary tenets to guide all policy within it. This is anathema to those whose ambition to grow and exploit like a noxious bacteria that is selfishly willing to use any and all means to individualistically get its own way by killing off all rivals. These forces are clearly at work in our world today.

This is what regime change as a policy signifies. This is the genesis of the corrosion that subversion creates in hosts impregnated from afar. The use of terrorists as proxies. The use of intelligence operatives to seed misinformation. The causation of chaos by all means necessary. These constitute the continuing gameplan for world dominance by the West… just as the world falls further into the now emerging catastrophes of pandemic and climate change where unity of purpose is all that can save us.

Though there will be sociopaths among them, most of the western elites who are driving humanity toward disaster, are simply locked tight within a milieu of airtight group-thought delusion, utterly incapable of extricating themselves from it. This is a worse case scenario than if they were simply evil. These people are able to function regularly and think clearly, not only along certain fixed lines. And those fixed lines though appearing to them to be for the common good lead inevitably to disaster for all of us.

The hope rising now from the east, soon to be seen assisting in the stabilisation of Afghanistan and building new relationships which emphasize trade and agreement, bridge-building and trust, is the rising force that, if it can find the way to, will give us the last chance at this extremely late hour to avoid the absolute depths of what otherwise will bring us all to our knees, the full, unstoppable, and permanent continuation of the black nexus age.

THE WEST’S HOPELESS GOAL: A GLOBAL LIBERAL DICTATORSHIP

The defeat of the West and its liberal values in Afghanistan has been comprehensive.

The twenty-year-long defeat of its attempts to supplant an existing culture with something akin (or identical if possible) to its own has totally failed and failed throughout those twenty years except for ultimately meaningless pockets in Kabul and even more meaningless pockets elsewhere.

So, where does this watershed defeat leave the elites of the West now stamping their feet demanding that their militaries return to the fray and reverse what they see as the betrayal of the Afghan people? In short, it leaves them up shit creek without a paddle. More than that it leaves them in a type of delusional stupor from which only hard reality can wake them.

There will be no return to the kind of murderous adventurism seen in the days of Bush Junior and Blair. Biden is signalling that with unusual clarity at the moment, something that has America’s jingoistic allies in Britain hopping mad and rattling their sabres impotently.

All the blood and treasure expended in Afghan has been for nought. The underlying strengths within the cultural backdrop of Afghanistan have once again come to the fore. Few of us might like them, but there they are. What are we to do? Essentially we are capable of doing almost nothing that can minimize their harmful effects in the short term. In the long term however we can hope to see an evolutionary form of progress that generally comes with a general rise in economic success. This however, may be disappointingly partial for many years, even beyond the lifetimes of those present today.

The alternative to assisting the new government of Afghanistan is to wage overt or covert war against it, or both simultaneously. This appears to be the mindset informing at least U.S. and British political elites currently. Afghanistan’s resources are to be denied it and it appears certain that the USA, Britain and France are seeking to set up the environment for sanctions to be applied to the new government and to bypass it in every way possible, including regarding humanitarian aid. In addition, it appears likely that the USA and Britain will secretly or openly support those holdouts resisting the new government of Afghanistan in the Panjshir Valley.

What is all this about? Why is the West acting this way? Why does it resist every effort by China, Russia and others to move Afghanistan toward a greater degree of stability? Why in general is the West doing all it can to foment unrest, fund subversive elements, train proxy extremists and bring division, strife, chaos and war in selected nations across the world?

The answer to the above lies in the concept held as sacrosanct holy writ by western political elites that they are the chosen ones, the valiant few burdened by the god-given duty to deliver western liberal values and cultural mores to all those labouring without them. However, this concept does not stand alone. It is also imperative that the West holds all the cards regarding economic advantage and power and thus ensure that their writ is never challenged and that any seeking to challenge it are speedily neutralized.

In the halls of power in Washington and Westminister, it is patently obvious that no one dares inform their superiors that such a plan is utterly insane and completely undeliverable. If any did dare it would not compute in the minds of those so permeated by the group-thought obsession that it MUST be delivered, that for it NOT to happen is completely unthinkable. This is the deranged and dangerous mentality that has informed these elites since September Eleventh 2001.

The protocols agreed then cannot be gainsaid, they cannot be questioned in any way. There is no authority capable of doing so, not even a president. The goal set then of complete domination of the USA globally so as to ensure the security of the United States in perpetuity is in no way subject to change. It was formulated as the obvious answer to the most existential threat the nation had ever encountered and anything less than the outcome stipulated would leave the USA to that degree vulnerable to attack. No element of vulnerability was acceptable. Absolutely none. Therefore an absolute level of full spectrum dominance across the planet was essential and nothing short of that state.

It is insane to think this was ever possible, of course it is. But once you take yourself back to that day in 2001 and the days following it and attempt as best you can to replicate the mindset of those meeting to plan the road ahead. Before too long we heard something of their plans, to arrange regime change in seven sovereign nations within a very short time frame. This was not to be, but we all know in which nations plans for these interventions DID take place.

The political elites of the USA and Britain are still absolutely minded to instigate the downfall of each and every state on the list that was eventually made public, and more besides. However, the means they will now deploy will not consist of the disastrous military “solutions” used in recent decades. At least that aspect of their insanity has had its most virulent aspect cauterized. They have had their fingers badly burned in Afghanistan. Iraq will be the next humiliation coming down the pike. Then Syria. But don’t think they will give up on the 9/11 protocols. That is simply impossible for them.

The insanity at the root of western foreign policy will continue to fester and corrode any semblance of realpolitik, any notion of honest to goodness diplomacy or agreement with those the insane elites of the West set up as their sworn enemies. The disease infecting the political elite of the West has no cure. No awareness will even be directed toward a cure. Instead, new energy will be injected into the mental dysfunctions generating ever-increasing division, misapprehension and the continuance of the delusion that a liberal dictatorship can be foisted upon the world.

THE WEST’S UTTERLY CYNICAL HUMAN RIGHTS SCAM

On May 12, 1996, Albright defended UN sanctions against Iraq on a 60 Minutes segment in which Lesley Stahl asked her, "We have heard that half a million children have died. I mean, that's more children than died in Hiroshima. And, you know, is the price worth it?" and Albright replied, "We think the price is worth it."[

Wikipedia

The human rights issue has been long identified by western elites as an excellent weapon with which to undermine targeted leaders, governments and systems of governance. It has proven a very effective cover story for its crimes against international law regarding interference within sovereign states.

The weaponizing of human rights and the attempted weaponizing of humanitarian aid (most recently in Venezuela) along with sanctions regimes which cause the death of tens if not hundreds of thousands (again most recently in Venezuela) amount to crimes against humanity but are granted immunity from prosecution by institutions funded by the same states perpetrating them.

Due to the corrupting influence of western states within the non-governmental agencies that generally pontificate on the subject of human rights and related matters the western world receives a skewed overview amounting to conditioning propaganda. This is exacerbated by the general elite consensus in the West that allows it, with no universal mandate, to preside over the rest of the world in a kind of master-pupil relationship, at least as reported within western mainstream media.

Western audiences have become highly sensitized regarding the many sub-issues concerning human rights and this hypersensitivity has been ruthlessly targeted by western elites in their push for regime change. This was most clearly demonstrated during the height of the conflict in Syria. Western sensibilities were mercilessly pounded day after day with imagery and hyperbole targeting certain well-known emotional buttons.

Manufacturing of consent for regime change operations and indeed all the covert and overt acts of war engaged in by the West is a factor explained in detail by Noam Chomsky and Edward S. Herman in their book of the same name. The techniques involved are the most deeply cynical imaginable and follow the precepts of ‘All’s fair in love and war’ and ‘The first casualty of war is truth’ to the letter.

In 2010 Wikileaks published a CIA document outlining tactics to shore up support for the failing war in Afghanistan:

‘CIA analysis from March outlines possible PR strategies to shore up public support in Germany and France for a continued war in Afghanistan. After the Dutch government fell on the issue of Dutch troops in Afghanistan, the CIA became worried that similar events could happen in the countries that post the third and fourth largest troop contingents to the ISAF mission. The proposed PR strategies focus on pressure points that have been identified within these countries. For France it is the sympathy of the public for Afghan refugees and women. For Germany it is the fear of the consequences of defeat (drugs, more refugees, terrorism) as well as for Germany's standing in NATO. The memo is a recipe for the targeted manipulation of public opinion in two NATO ally countries, written by the CIA. It is classified as Confidential/No Foreign Nationals.’

The most pronounced and extensive use of conditioning regarding human rights issues was however the formation, funding and weaponizing of the supposed rescue organization, The White Helmets in Syria. It represents the natural evolution endpoint of the ‘human rights as a weapon for regime change’ tactic.

Everything about the White Helmets scheme worked in its favour.

A western audience still largely holding its mainstream media news entities in relatively high esteem, still willing to believe what they say.

An array of anti-government activists within Syria more than willing to supply and confirm all the conditioning statements required.

The White Helmets organization, supplied with a massive budget and every possible technological device to relay the desired content.

A transfer-entity to mainstream media named ‘The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights’ consisting primarily of a single individual.

‘The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights is run by "Rami Abdulrahman" (sometimes referred to as Rami Abdul Rahman), from his home in Coventry. Abdulrahman is a Syrian Sunni who owns a clothing shop. Born Osama Suleiman, he adopted a pseudonym during his years of activism in Syria and has used it publicly ever since.’

Wikipedia

The pressure point emotional buttons of hyper-sensitized western audiences were not hard to find.

Women

Children

Schools

Hospitals

All of the above were used relentlessly as the conflict in Syria began to go badly for the western goal of regime change as Russia increasingly pushed back their proxy forces.

A media campaign based on reports from Syrian activists, the White Helmets and the bogus observatory combined with hyperbole by both U.S. and UK representatives in the United Nations served to pummel the message of demonization into the minds of western audiences. It was relentless for many months, and the aims though largely achieved in fomenting the required anger in its audience did not, in the end, prevail in halting the quarantining of their proxies in Syria.

The failure of the most ambitious and well-thought-out human rights scam ever does not bode well for the USA, UK and its prostitute allies in mounting anything similar with the hope of success in future.

Currently, regarding Afghanistan we see the same callous and cynical attitudes arise once more, a withholding of Afghanistan’s cash reserves at a time when they will be most crucially needed. This mirrors the ongoing draconian restrictions backed by the threat of reprisals for anyone seeking to assist the Syrian government in its efforts to rebuild after the devastating ten-year conflict. And again, in Venezuela, the people there continue to suffer at the hands of the USA, UK and the so-called ‘International Community’. The most current estimation of the number of deaths caused by western sanctions is unavailable but the last indicated around 40,000 excess deaths had occurred.

‘As many as 40,000 people may have died in Venezuela as a result of US sanctions that made it harder for ordinary citizens to access food, medicine and medical equipment, a new report has claimed.

The report, published by the Centre for Economic and Policy Research (CEPR) a progressive, Washington DC-based think tank, says those deaths took place following the imposition of sanctions in the summer of 2017. It said the situation had probably worsened since the imposition earlier this year, of tougher sanctions targeting Venezuela’s vital oil industry, as part of the Trump administration’s effort to oust president Nicolas Maduro.

“The sanctions are depriving Venezuelans of lifesaving medicines, medical equipment, food, and other essential imports,” says the report, co-authored by Jeffrey Sachs, an award-winning economist based at Columbia University, and Mark Weisbrot. “This is illegal under US and international law, and treaties that the US has signed. Congress should move to stop it.”’

The Independent, 26 April 2019

Human Rights are being used by the West as a cover for state terrorism with the clear aim of subverting governments in target nations and replacing them with puppet regimes more than willing to accede to western elite demands.

The callous disregard for human rights by the USA, UK and their allies is laid bare by a number of factors, not only the sanction regimes and financial barriers they place on targeted nations, but also the hundreds of thousands who have died across their targeted nations due to their military invasions and occupations.

The evidence is clear for all to see. It only takes a clear-sighted individual, unconditioned by the incessant conditioning propaganda that permeates the western world to see it.

Setting aside all of the very cleverly manufactured misinformation created by innumerable agencies within the West, the CIA, western mainstream media news, the myriad NGO cover operations, and the statements of politicians totally invested in the determination to achieve worldwide hegemony… is the West’s utterly cynical human rights scam in all its totally vile and terminally callous horror.

A MAJOR BATTLE HAS BEEN LOST BUT THE END GAME WAR CONTINUES

Biden seems to be saying that democracy promotion (i.e. regime change) is over as a policy. But is it?

Does he simply mean that he won’t use military means to undermine governments to spread democracy through the barrel of a gun but will use every other means?

Currently, the United States has the ambition to undermine states big and small around the world, Russia, China, Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua to name a selection of them. These are far from the only states the USA has made its business to interference in however, far from it. Through the CIA and its prostitute NGOs and a plethora of others in private and semi-private hands, it is present like cancer in innumerable nations.

No one should be in any doubt that the spinmeisters are hard at work creating the requisite soft soap and weasel words that will ameliorate the humiliation of Afghanistan and soften the aftereffects. Biden is about as believable as an independent source of verities as a ventriloquist’s dummy right now. He is being heavily coached to bear some resemblance to an authoritative source. It’s an extremely hard task but far too many will give him the benefit of the doubt and believe the spin he’s peddling.

Only a cursory look through Biden’s past speeches will reveal beyond any doubt that far from any resemblance to a bleeding heart liberal he is a known political thug. The idea that he has ‘seen the light’ and has become some kind of peacemaker and unifier of nations is simply ludicrous. There is no way this sow’s ear has remarkably transformed into a silk purse. Once a political bruiser and heartless warmonger always one.

The goal of upending numerous governments, leaderships and the fabric of other nations’ systems of governance around the world remains. The protocols agreed upon after 9/11 do not allow for u-turns. They were set in stone never to be questioned or modified until the goal of full spectrum dominance worldwide was accomplished. To attain full spectrum dominance the USA and its allies must wrest total oversight control from all incalcitrant nations not bowing to their will.

If you live in the West you are being subjected to a campaign of conditioning bullshit designed to modify your views into a shape conducive to western elites and their intelligence agencies. This game... this end game for supreme dominance by the USA is far too important to be modified let alone terminated. It is of paramount importance. It is an existential requirement for the USA and its allies. They are duty-bound to attain victory at all costs. But, while battles are lost the end game war most definitely goes on.

AFGHANISTAN: A SPECULATIVE ASSESSMENT OF ITS POTENTIAL FUTURE

The withdrawal of Western influence from Afghanistan had at first shocked then surprised the world. Though the transition to the new government was not without problems the Taliban began displaying a very new face to the world.

China, Russia and Iran along with Turkey were the quickest to respond to the new reality presenting itself in Afghanistan. Pakistan too was hard on their heels. The western alliance of states, still licking their wounds, were much tardier in their responses, careful to avoid any sign of support and couching their words with veiled threats and warnings and often with barely concealed insults.

Soon however, it was clear that the new Taliban had learned well the mistakes of their predecessors. The new government that had been formed was composed of all the main elements which talked for each stakeholder grouping across the wide and mountainous expanse of the nation.

China was seen from the earliest days of the founding of the new Afghan government to be by far the greatest contributor to and supporter of Afghanistan. Offers of investment, training and all forms of helpful advice and expertise emanated from China and were eagerly welcomed by the new Afghan authorities.

Slowly but surely bridges to many nations began to be built and ever-greater trust was established. A flourishing of trade and foreign investment was seen to be taking place which galvanized many elements within Afghan society that had previously been fearful and doubtful regarding the new era that had so recently and speedily arrived.

As the USA muttered to itself in angst, anger, doubt and the usual confusion of ignorance with which it viewed geopolitical events, the core group of nations in the vicinity of Afghanistan got to work helping the nation establish a long-sought stability. IS-K, who had made the evacuation from Kabul even more nightmarish than need be, were isolated and driven out by a combination of Afghan forces and the oversight of neighbouring nations.

As speedily as the Taliban had reestablished their dominance the few months following their victory brought one gain after another for a nation previously experiencing a constant drop from one pernicious level to another. Of course, the West looked on with jaundiced eyes. There was no propaganda gain for them in an Afghanistan that was lifting itself up when the hope among western elites was that it would plunge ever further downward, easing their shame and humiliation somewhat.

Those most knowledgeable concerning Afghanistan’s past were brought to the fore to give their advice to those taking up the reins of governance. Solid and uncorrupted institutions were formed mirroring those that had existed in the time of the king until the fateful year of 1973 when he was deposed in a coup.

The Taliban leadership including those who had acted for it as diplomats during the Doha negotiations soon displayed a high level of sensitivity regarding the views of both country and urban dwellers alike. Consultations with all interest groups took place soon after the new government was announced. These took place within the traditional jirga system with both simite (consultation with elders and tribal chiefs) and sabhā (rural council) forms becoming ubiquitous across Afghanistan. In this way a national consensus was formed. Over time this enabled a high degree of legitimacy to become established for the new government, the bureaucracy and the Afghan military.

With the binding of the nation through the methods outlined above a largely successful attempt was made to regain the stability seen during the reign of the king, Mohammed Zahir Shah from 8 November 1933 to 17 July 1973. Though some problems continued to exist, some of which were eventually laid at the door of the hated western powers, a good foundation had been laid for a strong advance by the Afghan people in the years to come.
