THE STREET REVOLUTION OF THE MIND

There are only so many lies broadcast from the heights that explode the conscience of people living decent and half-decent lives of relative honesty before something gives.

There are only so many deaths caused among dark-skinned races far away and in poverty before lips curl in disgust at what is done in their names.

There are only so many whitewashed state murderers living lives of lavish plenty whose hands dropped rivers of blood but who never experienced a whiff of jailtime before calls for justice rise.

Since Blair and Bush and their partners in crime decided the great unwashed needed manipulation rather than more facts our disgust has risen year after year.

Since these men and their cohorts discovered their desires ready fabricated in their heads as God’s word to justify mass murder our tempers have risen.

Since fabrications were made to resemble facts and assurances of threats were crafted from believable lies to promote and manufacture consent for war we have waited.

We have waited and watched as men and women with political arses to protect used the dead bodies of Afghans, Iraqis and Syrians as their fucking fig-leaves and we have fumed.

We have waited and watched as sick-in-the-head  young men in military fatigues blast innocent civilians to bloody pieces from helicopters and military bunkers in the Nevada desert.

We have waited and watched while all of the above was repeated again and again as if a taunt and insult against us designed to mock us and show how powerless and disdained we were.

Notice this elites who will never walk the same streets as us that we have grown in number and our voices are heard louder and more often now than ever before.

Notice this elites who will never deign to talk truth to us but only ever seek to deceive us into accepting your crimes of mass murder over and over again that we see through you now.

Notice this elites who believe only you know the facts and what to do about them, we are now in possession of the facts about these things, about you and we know what to do about you.

We are those of the street, we are those who are regarded as nothing by you, we are the people who clothe you, drive you to your offices of atrocity, feed you and look after your needs.

We are those of the street who you expect to support you, to praise you, to shake your hand when you need the power we can grant, we are those you seek to deceive.

We are those of the street who stand waiting in the rain to catch sight of you and shout our protest while you smile at our impotence or sneer at the peasants you consider us.

This game is ending.

We have taken it all, we have seen it all, we have noted it all and now we are many.

We will not waste our hatred on you but we will not be stopped from expressing our disgust.

We despise you. We will work ceaselessly to remove you.

We will no longer listen to your deceit as channeled by your mass media liars. We have sources among us now who are investigating and exposing your crimes.

You will hear from us more each day now, and each day you will fear us more.

Our numbers are rising as we spread the evidence of your lies and crimes to those around us.

We are now despising you as you urged us to despise others.

Our loyalty is no longer based on where we live.

It is based on how we feel.

And we feel disgust, horror and a full-throated anger that such as you can exist and remain well-paid, cossetted and endlessly tolerated.

We will rid ourselves of you. It is only a matter of when. It is only a matter of time.

THE U.S. WAR ON THE WORLD

(A fable of the future present)

‘...as men busied themselves about their various concerns they were scrutinized and studied, perhaps almost as narrowly as a man with a microscope might scrutinize the transient creatures that swarm and multiply in a drop of water.’

It was a typical day at Langley.

Each team took up their current task where they had left off the night before, adding whatever data had arrived on their encrypted cells and emails overnight plus cable data via satellite. Anything new on ‘201 Files’ were attended to also to see what operatives in the field had newly garnered. This new data was incorporated within existing databases and external notes as their first task, after grabbing their second coffee of the day.

The Russian and Chinese teams had arrived first at their desks, coming in three hours before the others carefully sifting and ingesting the data left by the previous shift. These two nations above all others were scrutinized to the most minute level and required round the clock attention. A three shift system had been in operation for almost a decade and a half now.

Current ops requiring the most intensive activity included Navalny for the Russian team and Xinjiang for the Chinese. Constant liason with the PsyOps teams was imperative and the intermingling of the two was a daily and sometimes hourly occurrence. The Russian and Chinese “desks” dealt with the information flow, PsyOps dealt with the massaging of that flow and for article production, local and international distribution, seeding as it was called. PsyOps also liaised with those responsible for what were termed outside as ‘black operations’, BlackOps. ‘Bang and Burn’ ops were always being cooked up to order, sometimes activated, sometimes laid aside meanwhile to await a certain turn of events. Communications from ‘Box’ or ‘GCHQ’ in the UK would need attention also.

Each staff member had his duties which were performed in sequence each day depending which of them of those above had been allocated at his or her initial briefing or subsequent update, keep agents in line and informed, refreshing ‘brevity codes’, checking on ‘bridge agents’ for fresh developments, checking for any ‘burn’ requirements, looking for new recruits from ‘The Farm’ to contact or settle in... all this and much more were all in a day’s work. It never got boring. Keeping America safe and her enemies weak required exactly the dedication they all had in depth here.

Today there was a requirement for a ‘Cobbler’, a member of PsyOps who’d created the necessary documents for a new agent to be sent in by the Russia “desk” to the embassy in Moscow. The usual were needed, passport, visa, diplomas, etc. A ghoul had picked a particularly apt but obscure member of deceased as cover identity. The details were relayed to the section chief for delivery by the 15th of the month with an ‘Urgent’ classification.

A hunting pack was to be set up and the new operative was an expert in her field and would lead its construction. She would be an illegal of course if discovered but the documents ought to give her cover enough if she entered the embassy unseen successfully.

Joanne Connelly was adept at what she did, an expert in her field. She never let a single doubt enter her mind about her occupation. To her Russia was a deadly threat with a monstrous dictator in charge, a man she was devoted to undermining and if necessary, helping kill.

The operation, ‘Nathan’s Wish’ was the most provocative envisioned within the CIA for many years. Not since the multiple attempts to end the life of Fidel Castro had so much time and energy gone into an operation.

The previous plans against Putin had not had the desired effect. The op to have Porton Down-assisted agents debilitate Skripal had failed to put the required dent in Putin’s re-election campaign for Russian Federation president. Nor had it inflicted the desired PR hit on the Russia World Cup. Neither had the frequent 'Operation Mockingbird’ flood of anti-Putin articles across western mainstream media hit Putin as hard as expected. The situation was becoming critical.

Time frames were slipping. Covid had worsened the situation critically. Though the initial results of the op had succeeded with the virus embedded successfully without being detected at any stage China had acted more effectively that was thought possible and was now recovering fast with GDP growth already exceeding 3.5%.

9/11 protocols demanded all negative agents, entities and national leaders be eliminated and a full spectrum dominance globally be achieved, all by 2025 at the very latest if not much sooner.

Major successes had been achieved, most notably in Iraq, Ukraine and Libya. Afghanistan was also a partial success but only as a marker for other nations not to resist the USA. Syria was a partial success only in that the secondary goal of substantially weakening its economy beyond short term repair had been achieved. However, the primary end goal of the Syria op of putting ‘our people’ in power had been stymied by Russian intervention.

Venezuela was still stubbornly resisting the op in progress there far beyond the time frame expected.

Iran had not been reduced to social and political chaos as planned and continued to present major challenges.

The end goal timetable which was to achieve the termination of the Chinese regime was slipping to the point where every day saw less and less likelihood of an achievable outcome by 2025.

Putin was behind the setbacks encountered in Syria. Putin was also interfering with the operational timetables and project progressions within Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, Bolivia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia and elsewhere.

Putin was the single key to all barriers to the sub-goals and primary goal of ‘Operation Overview’, the end game solution which projected U.S. dominance worldwide on land, air, sea and space... and at last the winning of perpetual security for the USA.

All efforts to bring Putin down to date had failed. The largest operation in CIA history was in danger of also being its greatest failure.

It had not been expected that the myriad processes, all the yes/no crossroads of the ‘Operation Overview’ flow chart would lead to this point. This was arrived at as the final terminator symbol within the final branches leading to the final destination, ‘Op end: China Collapse’.

Its label stated bluntly: ‘Putin Dies’.

Joanne Connelly was already in the air on the way to Moscow by a regular flight on the 16th.

On arrival in Moscow she successfully entered the U.S. embassy there unseen by the Federal Security Service Board (FSB).

Intensive briefings take place led by Connelly where the team that has been rehearsed endlessly for ‘Operation Nathan’s Wish’ are brought to complete readiness.

On the 20th once all preparations are in place, all team members are focused completely on the task in hand the date for the elimination of Putin is set. It will take place next day on the 21st when Putin is due to meet relatives of volunteers who have died in the Donbass in the Alexandrov Gardens by the walls of the Kremlin.

Posing as tourists and ordinary members of the public, some of whom who have taken the identities of relatives of the dead, Putin’s security team will be distracted/taken out at a precise moment just as the fatal shot is fired.

Branching off from this assassination event and in the event of its success are various operational parameters and sub-groups updated in real time where sub-goals regarding recalcitrant nations are re-activated and all prearranged and delayed targets are brought to successful conclusions, the main victory being however the re-establishment of western dominance over Russia.

Once all of the above steps are successfully brought to a conclusion and Russia is once more in western hands, under western leadership and expertise the next flow chart steps would then be activated.

After the recalcitrant and non-compliant nations recognize the new and decisive trend by the events above including the end of the Russian regime and are now unable to resist, the steps toward the final undermining of China can commence.

1. Intensification of all western orbit attacks on every aspect of the Chinese regime to instigate maximum confusion and economic damage.

2. Instigation and release of all previously organized/funded activists in-country to foment rebellion and instigate a violent state response.

3. Coordination of world condemnation of the Chinese president and Communist Party of China and the forming of the widest possible coalition to bring to bear the greatest degree of pressure possible upon both.

4. Coordination of a mass sanctions regime against China, freezing of all Chinese assets and cancellation of all debts to China along with dollar bonds held by China.

5. A blockade of all Chinese assets across Asia in particular and worldwide by all means necessary regarding China’s major allies and others in combination with credible threats in the event of non-compliance.

6. Observation of and assistance to, all of the above sub-goal projects for a period protracted enough to reach the tipping point required for steps 7, 8. and 9.

7. The issuance of an ultimatum to the Chinese president and communist party leadership to relinquish power in an orderly manner following instructions from the international community.

8. A firm deadline to be set of 48 hours in which compliance to the demand of step 7. to be accepted and acted upon.

9. In the event of non-compliance to step 8. a credible and detailed threat of tactical nuclear strikes to be delivered to the communist party leadership.

10. In each case whether by step. 8 (preferable) or by step 9. (if step 8. meets non-compliance) China will at last be brought under western control.

In Langley, on the announcement of final victory over her enemies and the prospect of total security of the USA, wild applause will be heard. A time out to celebrate will be called for several hours and prearranged caterers will supply all the requisite items needed for the biggest party ever seen there, bigger even than that which took place at the end of the Cold War.

The world in the eyes of everyone in CIA, Langley will celebrate a new “free world” exclusively controlled, monitored, surveilled, judged, disciplined, and where necessary punished by them and those who provide the orders they daily salute in thanks.

At the end of the celebrations everyone will get back to work with a happy gleam in their eyes as the new tasks are issued. Those tasks will grade old allies and those who are new in terms of loyalty, clearance levels, suspects and potential threats and of course, the creation of ever more operational flow charts.

 

WHO ARE THE GLOBAL DELINQUENTS?

Most people on this planet orbiting an average star stranded far out on a spiral arm of one galaxy among many millions, get on with their lives and with others of their kind tolerably well.

We are the primary life form on this planet in the estimation of ourselves and as we all know come in various shapes, sizes, mentalities and attributes.

Most have found that the most agreeable form of life is to cooperate to a high degree with those living around us. This spirit of minding your behavior to some degree has been found useful in the primary goal of all lifeforms, to continue our existence in the best form we can manage. This means in the view of most of us, a decent place to stay, sufficient food, as good an education for our children as possible, access to high standard health care, an income that provides for our needs, enough free time to spend with family and friends, sufficient hobbies and interests and the time to devote to them and as little stress, aggravation and conflict as possible.

It’s not rocket science.

In what are known as developed nations these virtuous circumstances are broadly achievable to many, though of course in variable quantities and qualities. In countries given the name developing nations and those in lesser categories many of these attributes of ‘The Good Life’ are unavailable or attainable only by the very few.

But still, in every nation of every type and condition the benefits of cooperation far outweigh those of conflict. This cooperation is seen in many way, indeed in innumerable ways. Just think of an average journey to work and the social codes that prevail. Whether by public transport or our own we abide by the social niceties that reduce chaos to a minimum. We wait patiently in line, we drive carefully in traffic, we pay our fare, we park correctly. In myriad ways we observe what’s expected in a communal effort to make like as amenable to all is possible.

This can be overlooked when we talk about cooperation versus competition. Competition is lauded as if it is the primary rule of a good and productive existence. At times the concept of competition is pitted against that of cooperation. Cooperation gets lumped in with pejorative labeling in a dogmatic context where agendas that are not always clear are being promulgated.

This as in the ‘Socialism Bad : Capitalism Good’ debate which is one of the endless semantic dichotomy quarrels that exist overlaying political life. Socialism and Communism are compared with capitalism in terms of the virtuous circumstances listed above. The comparison is unfair however due to the distribution of these circumstances among the populations they affect. Capitalism tends to work for a proportion of the population far better than for most but to be fair it does work tolerably well for a proportion somewhere just over a majority, those in work and those who benefit from that work. Socialism/Communism has the goal of working for all, not just for a percentage of a population. This form of collective cooperation however ran into major problems from one source of another and has generally been declared somewhat of a failure. It is my contention however that a hybrid combination of capitalism and competition as seen in China and elsewhere in the far east demonstrates that competition and cooperation can work extremely successfully in tandem.

We are in a world in transit I would contend, with a people searching for a unified system of existence worldwide which enables humankind to benefit from the pluses and eliminate the negatives to create a decent, stable, secure life with as many virtuous circumstances as possible for the maximum number of us as possible.

It may be difficult for those struggling to achieve these for themselves and their families to sign on to this broader aspiration however, I feel that somewhere in each of us there is this nascent idealism, perhaps felt only momentarily at certain times in our lives. I am talking of for example, that widening out of compassion I suspect we have all felt on New Year’s Eve at midnight when the world comes together in celebration and hope. Or perhaps when someone close to us dies and we feel a welling from deep inside of a compassion that we are unaware of us in our normal, everyday lives.

So, why don’t we feel that we are approaching the world we want to see and be a part of?

What are the factors that mitigate this coming together of the world where problems are resolved, differences are reconciled, animosity eliminated and peaceful cooperation generated?

Who could want to retain those problems, differences, animosities and see cooperation on them as negative?

What kind of mentality is more interested in widening the gap between peoples and nations?

What would be in it for such people and at what level of status in society would we find them?

These individuals, for they are individuals, are not among the vast mass of working populations and certainly not among those who can find no employment. These individuals are of a relatively or distinctly high status. They have found that creating a gap between themselves and others works for them.

What are the types of individuals I mean?

This type of mentality sees benefit in keeping their distance.

It may be a manager of a workforce who feels the need to be able to command others and negates their ability to organize themselves efficiently. This is not to say that all men and women are able to perceive the best ways to organize themselves however, I am talking of a certain type of management where an aggressive superior mentality is applied to a workforce.

It is all too easy to negate the talents of others when there is a psychological (perhaps totally unconscious) need to dominate and preserve a perceived superior status. This tends ultimately to have a corrosive influence where loyalty is not felt, only a begrudging attendance to an enforced duty. Where however, both management and workers work as a cooperative unit where status is not an issue there can be developed true loyalty, even, strange as it may sound, a degree of love.

Looking to a wider sphere altogether, why is our world still riven with constant and very serious disputes at a point in our collective history when much of the world is technically and socially so much more advanced than ever before?

If we can’t sort out our differences at this advanced stage that we have reached where any number of powerful technologies and capabilities have been developed and honed to perfection when can we ever? We have the capability, if we work together to resolve most of the problems that have inflicted humankind for the countless generations who lived before us?

So why is it not happening? Why do we see so much division, dispute and threats flying in this direction and that with aggression and accusation far outweighing any attempts at agreement.

What is happening and who are those making it happen?

My take on what is happening is that certain individuals inside the world’s most dominant nation have decided that they have developed the form of society, societal norms and modes of governance that are the highest ideal possible and that for certain reasons must be transferred to all other nations, and by almost any means necessary. A secondary impulse which has taken the place of the first for the moment is that these attributes must be transferred to all nations for the protection of their own.

Due to the convictions delineated above the individuals above do not respect the modes of governance of those nations who have developed in a different way to them via a range of cultural, historical or political pathways. The policy then is to keep them at arm’s length until they can be made to adhere to the most dominant nation’s determination of the ideal. Meanwhile a frozen situation exists where both sides jockey for the best position to safeguard their desire for compliance on one side and retention of their chosen pathway on the other.

The dominant nation does not recognize any validity in these latter motivations however and frames each move by the target nations for modification as an abuse or threat. Thus we have a world essentially at war, though better said, it is one nation plus its allies that is at war with all nations unwilling to accept its systems as theirs.

Who are the people who are holding this situation in place?

As I suggested earlier, these will not be found among the vast majority of citizens, either working or jobless. They are not the middle or upper management of companies and concerns either.

The responsibility lies at the very highest positions within the world of politics.

If cooperation was the goal with existing systems recognized as valid the progress we could make as a species is so unquantifiably immense as to be unimaginable. Humans, though retaining a capacity to be immensely destructively competitive have the capacity to be immensely creatively cooperative also.

It is far and away the obvious truth that there is only one nation with a consistently one-sided view of its destiny that pushes it always to assert its rightness, superiority and exceptional destiny. It does not need spelling out as it comes into your mind immediately without the need to name it.

Until the elites of this nation recognize that it is not in their gift by any means to force other nations to govern themselves as they do we will remain a divided, disputatious world riven by constant antagonisms, threats of war and acts of war.

When members of any society act against its well being they are given a name that describes this effect. Such people deign not to be cooperative but to be destructive. They see themselves as being in competition against an enemy to them, even though that enemy is the very society they exist within and must survive within. Such people, whatever their motivations or psychological problems may be, are called delinquents.

We live on a planet that as far as we know is alone in harboring the kind of life of know. In many ways our planet is strong, it has lasted through unimaginable cataclysmic events in its lifetime. It has through the millennia reached a position of relative stability. However, there are excesses and deficiencies, lush pastures, jungles and deserts of both ice and sand, mountainous areas and barren wastes, rich prairies and rice paddies all that comprises the rich diversity of our planet, along with the almost infinite variety of lifestyles and cultures.

Is it not possible and indeed advantageous to put aside our differences of geopolitical, cultural and national differences to come together in a cooperative spirit that has shown us at our very best in the past and that is indeed the hallmark of everyday life for the vast majority?

Why can’t we work this out? Why cannot the nation demanding we all conform to it be assuaged and convinced of the perpetual negativity of its quest to enforce its monopoly on rightness?

If we cannot bring this recognition about what future have we on this planet?

What sustainable future can any life form or ecosystem have?

Unless there is a way, we are all collectively at the mercy of what I conceive as ‘The Global Delinquents’.

GEORGE & BILL & THE CROOKED ELITES WHO OWN THE U.S.A.

George Carlin told everyone straight while making them laugh.

The elites who run the USA don’t give a fuck about the common schmucks they preside over.

George was blunt and to the point while being intensely creative about the delivery of his incessant message.

“The people who run this country don’t give a fuck about you. They don’t GIVE a fuck about you. They OWN you. You have OWNERS.”

George had seen a thing or two in his fifty plus years of delivering comic lines. he’d seen most of it through his incisive mind. It was razor sharp and creative as hell.

His footsteps while he was still roaring his acerbic truths, alive and kicking were followed by a young man by the name of Bill Hicks.

Bill Hicks was equally direct and equally creative in his own individual way. He had his own chosen mode of delivery but the essential message was the same as George’s, “The elites of this nation suck and it doesn’t matter which side of the aisle they sit on, they ALL suck.”

Bill knew this with one of the sharpest, most incisive minds which arose from the drug-experimenting culture he loved and which provided him with so much of his material. He had a fondness for the creative spirits of the Sixties who also railed in their way against establishment hypocrisy and criminality. “The guys who made that music were so fucking high” he’d say. For it was through psychedelics that clarity was gained at just how bad the elites of the USA sucked... and they sucked very badly indeed.

Those who run the western world are as venal, criminal and as disgustingly cynical as they come. They use all the dirty tools available to play the populations they pretend to care for. Covering their arses constantly is their primary concern. Enriching their power connections, getting off on the pseudo-sexual perversion of that power. They will kill to keep it and kill to get more of it.

Anthony Blair is one such piece of political vermin. George W. Bush another, though of course much dumber. These pieces of elite garbage have climbed a very greasy pole by one means or another. Blair through his phony charm, passably good looks and a clever tongue... and of course his endless cunning and sharp-elbowed ruthlessness. Bush was anointed with liquor and treated to cowgirl fuckery on his path to the presidency courtesy of his father the guardian of U.S. mass murder inc., the CIA.

The trickle down effect of the Reagan era of mass deception was more like a pustulate ooze than anything trickling beneficially. The slime at the top were leaking. But never money. That particular flow was in an upward direction. As perverse as ever.

The judges of that time, this time and any time along a lengthy historical record are there to keep themselves exactly where they are, forever presiding over those who may present a danger of any kind to their continued status. Those committing the pettiest crimes compared to theirs receive custodial sentences while they are free to indulge in mass robbery, destruction and murder overseas. All tied in a neat little bow sanctioned by other elites who call themselves fancy names to give themselves the kudos of command.

Both George and Bill are gone now and their irreplaceable wit and insight are only available on YouTube now. They cannot possibly be replaced. The industry of comedy has changed to bar such people now and these two will never be replaced. Comedians who attempt to mirror their messages of elite corruption are now consigned also to YouTube. Though not quite the graveyard of comedy, it does remain a ghetto. The mainstream ignores them, continuing to present the kind of mindless pap that would have caused projectile vomit in George and Bill.

Now that we need them most they are gone. Those audiences who held their sides in laughter have joined the money race with the false face in most cases. The seats are empty where they sat. The stage is bare and silent.

The judges preside over their crimes from on high protected by immutable forces providing total immunity. Others increasingly see to those who may gain an audience to criticize them and work of shutting them down. The cancel culture and the many varieties of wokeness with their hyper-criticisms of free speech are bearing down hard. George and Bill can almost be heard from their graves as they writhe their, desperate to tell us their truths...

WELCOME TO A BRAND NEW GEOPOLITICAL LANDSCAPE

Some commentators wish to see Russia and China establish a formal alliance against the constant aggression that has emerged as a result of America’s foreign policy decisions.

It ought to be clear to everyone by now that the USA considers itself the rightful heir to global power and is insistent that for its security and self-interest it must weaken, or if necessary, destroy all rivals.

The analysis demanding a perspective change in Russia insists Vladimir Putin must toughen up his stance in the face of the belligerence that has been a constant from the USA and its sidekick, Britain for long years past, that he is being badly advised and has been led into a policy of appeasement that is much weaker than it need be.

My own view is that Putin and his advisers are very aware of all the factors involved regarding the attitude and malign intent of the USA, UK and the West in general. Putin’s Munich speech in 2007 shows, it seems to me, that he was well aware of the goal by the U.S. elites and their allies that a unipolar world was theirs for the taking.

This is in part where I diverge from the opinion of those who consider Putin could be tougher in standing against the West in response to its obvious desire to unseat him and install a western puppet in his place. I do not believe Putin or his colleagues are badly advised. I have seen this viewpoint expressed many times by those who are convinced Putin and his closest colleagues are not being as bold as they should be.

Russia did show it could engage militarily in Syria, that it had that capacity when the need arose. But unless there is such a theater of war already in existence I see no potential for making idle threats that will come to nothing and I am totally convinced this is not Putin’s style.

Russia is not the USSR and nowhere near. Russia’s economy is on a par with that of South Korea. This provides not inconsiderable strength but those who think Russia can afford to throw its weight around to create leverage are mistaken. If you add the combined military strength of the USA, its allies in Europe and further afield plus that of NATO you can easily see that military muscle to gain ground is not a viable option. If you flex your muscles you must be ready to use them. Neither side has an appetite for war. A war is relatively inconceivable despite the fears of some, too much would be lost by all sides.

The idea that Russia making aggressive noises would bring a good result, make others pay attention and bring some reward is in my view completely misguided. Both sides know that gains can only come from pressure. In recent years NATO has been relentlessly pressuring Russia while Washington and Whitehall also pile in with assertions of wrongdoing in an effort to undermine Russian sovereignty and weaken the president.. In all honesty I don’t see how, with any hope of an improvement in Russia’s fortunes, Putin and his advisers can play anything approaching a similar game and win.

It is my strong feeling which has grown from many years of observation that Putin’s tactics, mild as they may seem  are precisely those that have been necessary. Russia is not in such a strong position that there are large against to be made by matching the West’s policy of aggression. With this being the case Russia has no better option than to simply bear the pressure it is under and survive it and all the attendant sanctions that go with it, find new friends and constantly to explore new markets to expand the Russian economy.

Putin’s wise words, calm bearing, deep insight and thoughtful planning provide the correct way forward for Russia in the prospect of being both strong in sovereignty and cooperative in spirit within a multi-polar world. Russia certainly does not have anywhere near the power of the USA and its allies. The hypersonic weapons which have been developed recently are vital and will help massively to safeguard Russia from attack but I am certain they will never be used in any preemptive attack.

Surely it is clear that it is China that is the supreme economic rival to the USA. Already China trades more with Europe than the USA and with her Belt and Road initiative this will inevitably increase and with it political and diplomatic influence. Russia with Nordstream2 will have additional leverage also, but Russia’s day in full economic sunlight is still some years off. By that time China will have surged to even greater economic heights and both nations can look forward to rising together.

A defense pact between Russia and China looks like an enticing prospect however, China has affirmed this is not on the cards. The two nations will not form any official military alliance to defend themselves, there will be no pact, at least not for the foreseeable future. They will certainly work closely with each other taking cognizance of each others’ needs. Russian-Chinese trade will increase year on year, most likely substantially. They will work on the Lunar Space Station announced recently... but no military-based alliance will emerge.

China knows, as does Russia there can be no leverage gained by posturing militarily. China will use such methods to some degree in the South China Sea as regards Taiwan but will absolutely not use them to protect Chinese interests vs. the USA, just as Russia cannot against Europe and the U.S.

If you cannot threaten with any hope of achieving something, if your aggressive voice is not backed by threat of action it will be met smiles of condescension and used as furl for propaganda. The best policy is to keep a quiet smile facing westward and  so demonstrate you will never be fazed by bullying tactics but will always keep a laser-like focus on those attempting to harm you and your next moves to stymie such attempts.

China is looking after herself, that is the task of national leaderships. Russia is doing the same. Iran too. They cannot afford to join alliances that don’t materially aid defense but only create a facade without true substance behind it. Everyone on this stage knows that there are no military solutions going forward, only economic ones. I believe Putin and Xi know this and know it in depth.

Putin and Xi are pressing forward with economic advances and this is the best defense of all. Xi has the greater advantage in this but Putin also sees bright prospects ahead for the Russian economy also.

The present holding pattern, especially for Russia, is vital. Putin absolutely cannot afford any rash moves, especially not ones that are indicative of posture only that do not produce any meaningful and obvious results. “It’s the economy stupid” still holds true in this global context. Wars or the threat of war when no one seriously expects one will bring nothing but a debilitating weakness due to resource expenditure needed on the home front to produce the life chances of the Russian and Chinese people.

The West, especially after Covid is on a downward trajectory. Its elites know it and can see China rising and know she will rise ever upward as the West descends. China will make massive economic inroads in Europe and the ever-present U.S. influence since the end of WWII will inevitably be pushed back. In my view this process will extend with few limits worldwide as China rises further and further to economic dominance over the USA.

The time it will take for U.S. influence to dwindle and die in terms of throwing its weight around will in my opinion not be long in geopolitical terms. To react in any way that tries to push this forward via some sort of aggressive stance is doomed to failure I believe and I am sure Putin, Xi and their advisers know this well.

Sit tight. The change is already under way. It will occur right before our eyes. The chain reaction concerning the West’s economic demise has begun and the next five to ten years will see momentous changes arriving leading to what I foresee as a new geopolitical landscape entirely.

The only surprise is that it has taken so long to reach this point where Biden insanely agrees that Vladimir Putin is a "killer" and in previous times asserted that "he has no soul".

The die was cast in Munich on February 14th 2007 when Vladimir Putin gave an address to assembled western elites in which he made two things very clear, firstly that under his watch at least, Russia would work in unison with western partners in response to global threats such as nuclear proliferation. This offer of cooperation was subsequently seen of little to no consequence due to the impact of Putin’s second major point. This being that he saw the U.S.-expected movement toward a unipolar world as inherently anti-democratic and was not at all in favor of it. In addition to this latter point he made it very clear that Russia would follow her own path based on her national interests working within a multi-polar world.

This I believe was the point where the entire group-thought permeated western world turned completely against Vladimir Putin. Until this point relations had been good, rosy even. George W. Bush praised Putin stating he saw a good soul in his eyes, Putin met with the Queen of England and was given a good reception everywhere he went. From 2000 to 2007 Putin and Russia were almost flavor of the month. Then came Munich.

It was after Munich that a blizzard of hatchet job articles appeared which continue to this day. Was this coincidence? I very much doubt it.

The USA was shaken to its elite roots on 9/11. The primary resulting decision which was made in the urgent deliberations which followed is quite clear; that America must have no enemies, that they must all be neutralized. More than that it must work to neutralize all factors, groups, individuals or nations that might potentially pose a threat of any kind. I emphasize ANY kind. This was to include action against ANY, even somewhat negative connotation, policy or opinion. Nothing was to be left to chance, a full scale all-pervasive, multi-target totally open-ended operation was to flag 100% of all entities caught within the net of categories mentioned. And further, no moral, ethical of legal barriers were to be raised against any action deemed necessary to neutralize these entities.

Putin simply fell very clearly into one of the categories on the 10th of February 2007. And obviously so.

There was no debate upon it. All the force of the solutions agreed upon throughout the intelligence and security apparatus of the USA and all of its allies was applied. Not only this, but post 9/11 editors and staff of all mainstream news outlets whether screen or print came to know that their compliance with the agreed post-9/11 protocols were required. Whether this was a formal requirement by some back channel or brought about through self-censorship, self-interest or war mode compliance through an assumed stance is unknown. But this entire panoply of effective force from the political through the diplomatic to the media was unified as one. Putin was effectively public enemy number one from Munich onward.

Putin however had very good reasons for his statement in 2007, reasons that he could not and would not set aside. The safety and sovereignty of Russia were his primary concerns. How could he possibly drop these in favor of U.S. requirements for a world that was 100% safe for it to the exclusion of almost every other consideration?

Subsequently we see Putin becoming ever more of a target the longer he remained in office. The tactics used against him increased in the level of outright aggression both in terms of rhetoric and special operations.

Putin was increasingly framed as a criminal, a thief and even a murderer. It was asserted that he plotted the disruption of the social networks of the West, the undermining of western democracy and values and, in 2016 a plot to instigate major electoral interference to have Donald Trump win the presidency. Then came the Skripals, later Navalny. The Skripals came just before the Russian World Cup and presidential elections in Russia. Who gained? Certainly not Russia and why use such a Russia-identified poison? And why use it again on Navalny? If there ever was a “Look, Russia did this!” event it was this one. Instead of bumping either the Skripals or Navalny off in a much less Russia-identifiable way, it was done to clearly be identified with as many Russia-harming headlines as possible.

Before anyone says western agencies wouldn’t do such a dastardly thing perhaps read some of the Snowdon papers on the CIA being able to make any hack identifiable to whichever nation it required to be named guilty. Look at the record of false flag events that took the lives of many more than one or two.

By the point we reach the Skripals and Navalny the myriad agents and agencies given the task of the global neutralization program initiated post 9/11 must have been getting truly desperate on the subject of Putin. he had already disrupted the Syria program to unseat Assad. he was not taking the right tack on Maduro and Venezuela. He was in a reasonable relationship with Iran. He was proving an even bigger threat than he did in 2007 and he seemed on course to build an ever closer relationship with China, a China that was in fact the main piece of the opposition chessboard pieces.

Libya had been taken down after Afghanistan and Iraq. Syria was supposed to follow. Then Iran. Russia was proving a formidable barrier to the remaining chess pieces. The way to the ultimate regime change of China was being barred and this was utterly intolerable.

The NSA was well on the way to a global surveillance overview. Space Corps would bring this to fruition. NATO was encircling Russia with assistance from a well-subsidised, well-bribed bevy of Baltic States. Progress was being made in pressuring China in the South China Sea. The United Nations was all but in the pocket of the U.S. but for the usual suspects. Britain was onside as ever. But this Russian Putin was continuing to stand in the way! He had to be broken.

Meanwhile standard tactics were being applied. Navalny was still of use. Pussy Riot had faded but had been of assistance for a while. The White Helmets in Syria had done good work in bolstering the anti-Assad narrative. The Hong Kong activists had done their best. Tibet was in abeyance for now but there was much to gain through hyping the Xinjiang/Uyghur op to the max.

The core program was to whittle down the outliers while still getting the Putin, Russia and China teams operating at maximum capacity, constantly receiving whatever funds were required to bribe, threaten cajole or blackmail those necessary to mount a concerted front against the main and secondary targets.

The elites of the western world had already been at war with many entities before 9/11 as part of the general exceptionalist ideal that is baked in as an integral part of the American soul but after 9/11 it for rocket boosters under it.

This unannounced war and the attendant war mode that all primary social, political and media elites are all fully signed on to continues and will continue until a final and very conclusive victory is reached... or the recognition of a humbling but undeniable defeat.

If the elites of the USA and their allies achieve victory then we will not simply have a unipolar world we will have a de facto prison planet. There will not be any reversion to trust by the USA as a safeguard of any kind even if all entities have indeed been subdued and totally neutralized, removed long since from office and ‘our people’ put in their place. No, that will not be sufficient. Constant monitoring will be required globally and even individually (if deemed necessary) to ensure the USA stays 100% safe.

If, as I suspect is almost inevitably going to be the case, as the West declines economically and China rises, it will eventually become clear to the U.S. elites commanding the heights where the 9/11 protocols are sacrosanct that there is no way short of the use of tactical nuclear weapons to achieve the goals set in those protocols. If our world gets past this stage and with China having the greater influence within the European, African and other continental dominance elsewhere the conclusion the post 9/11 protocols are lost will slowly gain the resignation required in Washington and Whitehall.

The prison planet scenario will have been avoided and though their patrician dominance is lost, the elites of the USA, UK and elsewhere within the orbit of western influence will hopefully gradually see that a safe world has nevertheless been born by the rise and rise of China, not as a patrician conqueror but as a goodwill trader and dealer in considered and intelligent judgement seeking agreement instead.

And what of Putin? Perhaps still there as president at this not too distant time, certainly still smiling, still willing to communicate and agree, to welcome the elites who once sought to destroy him to sit down and talk.

HAS JOE BIDEN A PSYCHIATRIC CONDITION SHARED WITH ALL U.S. PRESIDENTS?

(A SATIRICAL RESPONSE TO JOE BIDEN'S INSANE REMARKS CONCERNING VLADIMIR PUTIN.)

Full Spectrum Only-Oneism could be seen as a condition related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Below is an examination of the proposition that all U.S. presidents have suffered from the condition known as ‘Full Spectrum Only-Oneism (FSO-O)’ and that this diagnosis explains almost all behavior seen emanating from such persons at least in modern times.

Let us take a look at the multiple crossover factors between Full Spectrum Only-Oneism and Autism Spectrum Disorder before examining FSO-O specifically:

One or all of the symptoms below may afflict those suffering from either disorder.

‘Autism spectrum disorder is a condition related to brain development that impacts how a person perceives and socializes with others, causing problems in social interaction and communication. The disorder also includes limited and repetitive patterns of behavior. The term "spectrum" in autism spectrum disorder refers to the wide range of symptoms and severity.’

* Lack of mutual sharing of interests: preferring not to play or interact with others.
    
* Lack of awareness or understanding of other people's thoughts or feelings.

* Atypical behaviors for attention: may push a peer to gain attention.

Symptoms related to relationships includes the following:

* Defects in developing, maintaining, and understanding relationships.

* Difficulties adjusting behavior to fit social contexts.

Keeping in mind the current U.S. president, Joe Biden let us first examine if he displays any of the disorders related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) mentioned above.

In terms of brain development there is some evidence showing that Mr Biden has symptoms indicating late development brain disorder pointing toward ASD and quite possibly FSO-O.

His cognitive functions appear at times to slow to a verbal crawl with a definite sign of thoughts originating in the brain having difficulty being transferred to his primary vocal organ.

How are his ability to perceive and socialize with others?

‘...a condition related to brain development that impacts how a person perceives and socializes with others...’

At times Mr Biden seems to perceive underage girls as fully grown adults who are ‘coming on to him’ as the colloquial terminology has it. His propensity to touch them without much in the way of formal permission appears to signify a particular deviation from standard awareness or usual processes of perception. There is a certain repetitive nature to this behavior that points to a long-established pattern that has been afforded a high degree of pseudo-correctness in Mr Biden’s cerebral cortex. Such a pattern has clearly been downplayed among his closest familiars and peers as a mere habit to be regarded as a quirky but harmless variety of habit.

Whether the subject has taken this posited disorder further in private is not know at this time though one individual has come forward with a statement that indicates this may well be the case.

A Ms Sara Reade has related an incident of sexual touching that was particularly out of place. In her deposition the subject pushed her against a wall, lifted her lower garments and inserted a finger or two within her vaginal passage. This would indicate the subject has a condition far more ingrained that can be seen in the unwelcome touching of minors.

A further indicative sign mentioned by Ms Read was the subject’s reaction on finally perceiving that his sudden advances were not welcome, saying, “I thought you were into me.” indicating the previous conjecture that the subject misperceived underage girls being ‘into him’ and therefore giving him the ‘come on’ as the saying goes.

A further pointer to the subject’s condition was his angry statement when either realizing his perceptions had been awry or retaining his original perception that he was regarded by Ms Reade as a ‘Sex Magnet’ and that Ms Reade was now playing an underhand trick on him. As related by Ms Reade he now withdrew saying “You’re nothing to me!”

 The subject has denied this event concerning Ms Reade occurred however, this form of denial is quite usual in such cases and cannot be taken at face value considering the potential depth of the condition in question.

‘...repetitive patterns of behavior...’

The number of images and videos of Mr Biden touching under age children is impressive and indicates a repetitive pattern of behavior without doubt. This behavior can be seen in his physical relations with females of all ages however, indicating that the stimulus response linking the subject’s brain with his penis and subsequently his hands is a high speed pathway which may have reduced other pathways, such as that to his brain.

‘Lack of mutual sharing of interests: preferring not to play or interact with others.’

President Biden has been prominent by his absence regarding attendance at the usual press conference expected of newly elected presidents. Previous attempts to communicate his thoughts in public have been little short of garbled catastrophes therefore the reluctance to expose himself (figuratively speaking) is understandable.

‘Lack of awareness or understanding of other people's thoughts or feelings.’

The subject’s brusque behavior in his long career is well known. he is particularly well known for his attitude to those in a much less privileged position than himself and his willingness, not to say enthusiasm for jailing them is a matter of historical record.

We have observed a number of videos of Mr Biden from previous years where he advocated for mass incarceration and indeed for wars in a manner that may bring to mind that of a strutting peacock. Such aggressive mannerisms and strident calls for obedience from his peers speak strongly of both ASD and FSO-O.

‘Defects in developing, maintaining, and understanding relationships.’

In recent days the subject has indulged these symptoms most forcefully in the field of international relations whereby he agreed with the assertion that the president of the Russian federation was a “killer” and stated that he “had no soul”. Diplomatic blunders of this kind speak to a mind locked within several categories mentioned above. The signal lack of control demonstrated indicates the deep-set nature of the affliction the subject appears to be suffering from and perhaps the most dangerous aspect of it is that he appears completely unaware of it.

For a man who holds the codes allowing him to initiate a nuclear conflagration with utterly devastating worldwide effects he seems to have great difficulties connecting his brain to his mouth without some detour to his ‘trouser snake’.

Having examined Mr Biden in the context of his close proximity to symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with its attendant proximity to females of all ages (except his own) we now turn to the wider question of his likelihood of having FSO-O (Full Spectrum Only-Oneism) disorder.

FSO-O (or FSO-OD) can be described most easily and succinctly by two short sentences as follows:

“I’m the only one allowed to do this.” (Full Spectrum Only-Oneism FSO-O).

“We are the only nation allowed to do this.” (Full Spectrum National Only-Oneism - FSNO-O).

It is these psychiatric conditions that we can confidently say most, if not all, U.S. presidents demonstrate having extreme to full-blown symptoms.

In the first case above we can offer JFK, or John F. Kennedy as he was also known. Mr Kennedy was known to have suffered a similar form of the conditions that Mr Biden appears to. It has been said that JFK was unable to bring himself to survive a single night as president without having sexual congress and with a new female partner. His envoys would apparently be sent out into the night to locate his partner for the night.

According to some reports his brother Robert had somewhat similar arrangements whereby they shared the considerable attributes of a certain Marilyn Monroe rather than the perceived lesser delights waiting for them in their marriage beds.

The “I’m the only one allowed to do this” form of (FSO-O), an exceptional sex drive denotes a significant indicator to a particularly deep-set condition, especially in the case of John F. Kennedy.

Here we come to the much wider condition that reflects a contagion effect spread almost in a similar manner to a virus and is therefore more dangerous than the individual variety, though attendant to it.

We find a cultural psychosis within the body politic and social space of the entire U.S. population regarding this prognosis.

The deep-set delusions of being exceptional have been the primary cause of this disorder. Despite all the evidence to the contrary such as a quite deliberate genocidal policy against the native population of their country, despite also the enslavement of millions and their continual mistreatment, often resulting in their early deaths, despite making war on nations that had never harmed them... despite all this and a plethora of other deeply negative characteristics indicating levels of ignorance, aggression, hypocrisy and a society chronically infected by violence, criminal behavior, political, financial and corporate corruption, an unquestioned exceptionalism prevails whereby the essential condition of their condition prevails:
